One Potato Blue online shopping cart is hosted by Paypal. Information collected through the checkout is collected by Paypal, please refer to Paypal for their privacy policy for information collected. One Potato Blue does not have access to or knowledge of your credit card information through the checkout process. One Potato Blue receives information pertaining to the items ordered, shipping, and contact information from Paypal.
SECURITY:
Purchases through One Potato Blue online shop are made through Paypal. Paypal is protected by SSL with an encryption key length of 128 bits (the highest level commercially available). For full security terms, please refer to Paypal.
RETURNS:
We will gladly accept returns in their unopened and original condition within 14 days from date of purchase. Please contact sales@onepotatoblue.com to get a return approval number and information on where to send the items. Exchanges are dependent on available stock.
PLEASE NOTE: If you purchased One Potato Blue merchandise from a retailer or online store other than onepotatoblue.com, you must return the merchandise directly to them. No unauthorized returns will be accepted or refunded by us.
EXCHANGES:
Exchanges are dependent on stock availability. All items must be returned in their original condition within 14 days from date of purchase. Please contact sales@onepotatoblue.com to get a return approval number and information on where to send the items.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING:
One Potato Blue ships USPS Priority mail with tracking information. Orders are shipped within 3 business days and date of arrival is dependent on distance of destination from Park City, UT.
Shipping and handling price is based on purchase amount.
Once your online order is complete you will receive a confirmation email with all your tracking information.
WEBSITE ACCURACY:
We do our best to keep available sizes up to date on our website. If an item is out of stock, we will do our best to provide you with a like item - otherwise, we will gladly refund your full purchase amount.
